Bulk Orders and Multiple Delivery Addresses per Order:
All freight prices are per address, per carton. Orders that require delivery to different addresses, or more than one carton incur multiple delivery charges. See above for charges.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the same day, or the next business day, following receipt of the order.

Same day delivery for Auckland metropolitan area is available, telephone or email us for prices. This also applies to overnight service throughout the North Island, and major cities and towns in the South Island.

Overseas Orders:
For overseas residents wishing to purchase goods for friends or family living in New Zealand, proceed with shopping in the normal fashion.
Zarbo will gladly deliver to all parts of the world, where possible. Orders are by quotation only; please contact us (deli@zarbo.co.nz) with a description of the goods you wish to purchase and we will provide an estimate of the total cost including delivery charges.
Delivery Methods:
We are unable to deliver to Post Office Box Numbers. Please supply us with physical addresses for all orders.
All deliveries within New Zealand are direct to your door, by PBT or Advance Couriers. The courier will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home and you have not requested any Special Delivery Instructions at the time you made the order, the courier will leave a card with contact details so you can arrange a suitable alternative delivery time.
All goods are insured until a signature is obtained at delivery. If, within the Special Delivery Instructions, you request for your order to be left in a specific location in your home (in your absence),this gives permission for the courier to leave the delivery without a signature.
Any courier problems should be notified within 24 hours of delivery, by email or phone. We will replace or credit any transit breakage. Replacements are subject to stock availability. We will always keep you informed. Courier return goods by PBT Couriers to: Zarbo, 24 Morrow Street, Auckland. Please ensure all items are returned in the original condition, with the original packaging, within seven days of delivery. Please remember to include your details.
