Creamy Cabbage, Beetroot and Coconut Slaw
- 3 heaping cups finely sliced cabbage
- ½ large raw beetroot, grated
- ½ cup coconut chips/flakes
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 6 tbsp Zarbo Caesar Dressing
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, beetroot, coconut chips and parsley until distributed.
- Add Caesar Dressing and apple cider vinegar, and toss to coat. Serve chilled.
