Creamy Cabbage, Beetroot and Coconut Slaw

3 heaping cups finely sliced cabbage
½ large raw beetroot, grated
½ cup coconut chips/flakes
2 tbsp chopped parsley
6 tbsp Zarbo Caesar Dressing
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, beetroot, coconut chips and parsley until distributed.
Add Caesar Dressing and apple cider vinegar, and toss to coat. Serve chilled.
